Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a BC / BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic, team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment in the beautiful and family-friendly Henderson, Nevada community.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU.
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
• Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team in a supportive, collegial environment.
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work / life balance.
