Experience : You've been in the trenches, having used mental health services yourself and providing peer support for at least two years. Specialized Skills : You know the DSM, can develop effective person-directed plans, and have mastered motivational interviewing. Leadership and Decision Making : You guide with empathy and decisiveness, always prioritizing client care. Interpersonal Skills : Whether communicating verbally or in writing, you shine in your ability to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Work in both community and clinical settings, staying agile to meet the needs of clients and the organization. The Opportunity : Step into a pivotal role as a Counselor III where you'll provide therapeutic and supportive services for adults navigating severe mental illness and addiction challenges. You'll be the bridge between clients and a spectrum of resources, working hand-in-hand with Peer Navigators to deliver peer-driven services that truly make a difference.
