About The Role:

As a Caregiver at BrightStar Care of Conjeo Valley you’ll be a valued member of our home care team, providing compassionate, professional support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll help clients live safely and comfortably at home or in a facility setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping
• Assist with mobility, transfers, walking, and transportation
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Support clients with range-of-motion exercises
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Document care accurately in our system

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience as Caregiver (SNF, assisted living, memory/dementia care) Required.
• 1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (children, teens, adults, or seniors) Required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and health clearance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as a caregiver
