We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of Commercial, Retail, Education, and Healthcare projects. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design process for Commercial, Healthcare, Retail / Restaurant, and mixed-use projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and drawings to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction administration teams to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to provide innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Architect with AIA and NCARB certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Commercial and mixed-use project design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.
  • Strong understanding of construction administration processes and building codes.
