Automotive Lot Attendant / Porter

Lot Attendant / Porter is one of the most important jobs at our dealership. You help create and manage the way our customers view our vehicles and transport them to and from the customer with efficiency which provides them with the best experience.

Rich Ford is seeking to hire a full-time Lot Attendant / Porter to make sure that the lot is neat and orderly and that vehicle flow is running smoothly in our fast-paced dealership! Punctuality, reliability and accuracy give you advancement opportunities. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Hours :

Monday Friday : 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm; alternating Saturdays.

There is a one-hour lunch break.

5-day work week!

Responsibilities Lot Attendant / Porter :

  • Move cars as necessary to assist customers and staff, provide shuttle service, direct the flow of traffic, and provide general lot supervision.
  • Keep vehicle parking lots neat and orderly
  • Park, move, and retrieve vehicles for customers and staff.
  • Provide safe shuttle service to nearby locations.
  • Ensure that vehicles are washed and vacuumed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dealership lots by removing debris
  • Must follow safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Requirements Lot Attendant / Porter :

  • Energetic, friendly and courteous with excellent customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic and well-groomed appearance
  • Punctuality, reliability and accuracy give you advancement opportunities
  • Ability to work outdoors and be physically active in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid drivers license with a good driving record
  • Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
