  • Position Summary We are hiring for our dispensary in Downtown Crossing!
  • The Budtender is a brand ambassador and customer service representative for the Pure Oasis brand in the front of the house at retail locations.
  • They are the primary person that our customers interact with.
  • Budtender is responsible for exemplary Customer Service, always providing customers with a smooth experience in purchasing adult-use cannabis products that we offer.
  • We're seeking individuals with exceptional personalities, work ethic and who work well in fast paced environments.
  • We are seeking candidates with flexible availabilities who are also able to work nights and weekends.
  • Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • We also offer commuter benefits including subway and bus passes!
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO WORK IN CANNABIS INDUSTRY.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

  • Work with management to respond and resolve customer inquiries and complaints Legally sell cannabis at Pure Oasis retail stores; promote product offerings to customers Follow all laws and regulations pertaining to Cannabis sales Ability to assist all customers with a friendly and positive attitude Answering the phone when assigned Capture and report all customer contacts at point of sale through software application Requirements High school degree or equivalent Excellent Customer Service Skills, with ability to actively learn about cannabis products available Prior Budtender experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google platform (i.e. sites, slides, drive, docs, sheets) Must have flexible and open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays Must have the ability to successfully pass a background check annually.
  • Must have the ability for approval of agent registration card from the Cannabis Control Commission.
  • All employees are required to be vaccinated to keep everyone safe.
