Employment Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join its team. The attorney will work closely with partners on a broad range of employment litigation matters and advisory work. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in deepening their experience in employment law while taking on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Support partners and senior attorneys on employment litigation and counseling matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.

• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on various labor and employment issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively with clients.

• Manage multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality work product.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Three to five years of labor and employment law experience.

• Admission to the applicable state bar or eligibility to become admitted.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
