The Associate Program at Farmers Insurance is designed for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience within the insurance industry. Associates receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to core business functions. The role combines customer interaction, administrative support, and industry-specific skill development to prepare participants for advancement into specialized or leadership positions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage questions, claims status updates, and general service needs.
  • Build strong customer relationships that promote trust and satisfaction.
  • Support processing of new policies, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
  • Collect required information for claims and help maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Maintain organized files, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle high-call-volume or fast-paced workflow when needed.
