[job_card.job_description]Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion. Manage project budgets and schedules, including tracking expenditures and progress. Perform hands-on work when necessary and ensure proper tool and equipment usage. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and government representatives to address any site-related issues. Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Lead Site Superintendent in construction. Proven track record of successfully completing projects valued between $1 to $5 million. Active Top Secret security clearance with prior experience on DOD sites Required. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 29 days of PTO and Holidays each year, including 12 Holidays for hourly employees. 401K match : 100% of the first 1% and 50% match on the next 5%.
