MINI of Hawaii has an opening for an Automotive Sales Professional to be a part of our growing dealership.

We are seeking an individual that has the desire and determination to achieve the highest level of success in the automotive industry.

The right candidate would be motivated by their financial well-being as well as aspiration to be number 1.

Duties:

Salespeople are responsible for but not limited to:

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to clients.
• Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Facilitate customer test drives.
• Build strong rapport with clients.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
• Respond to and or resolve customer issues related to orders and products.
• Maintain professional growth and development by keeping abreast of product knowledge.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Utilize all technologies available and required by employer to provide an exceptional customer experience.
