Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

Shift : 3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)

Schedule : 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule

Weekend Requirement : 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule

Holiday Requirement : 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

RNs trained in ACLS, NIH, IV Ultrasound, and cross-trained as Charge RN

As part of our Internal Float Pool, you’ll enjoy variety, challenge, and growth while working night shifts. You'll have the opportunity to rotate among ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Each shift brings new experiences, enabling you to expand your clinical skills.

What You'll Do :

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Quickly adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)

Flexibility : Willingness to meet schedule requirements

Training & Skills :

Training includes :

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

NIHSS (Stroke Scale)

IV Ultrasound

Charge Nurse cross-training

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment in accordance with established standards. You’ll anticipate changes in patient conditions and implement the necessary interventions promptly. Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential, ensuring the best patient experience across the continuum of care.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Education :

Completion of an accredited nursing program required.

Required Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills & Abilities :

Proficient in computer skills and use of electronic medical records

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle critical decision-making with confidence

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
