• 5x8 schedule working days, 40 hours per week
• 55 visits per week patient load
• Outpatient setting
• Contract likely to extend for the right candidate
• Treating adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients
• Full block schedule during first week for ramp up
• Business casual dress code
• 1+ years experience required
