Job Description
Randstad, the world’s leading Partner for Talent, seeks a Talent Solutions Manager for our Professional Talent Specialty. In this role, you'll sell staffing services, expand current client relationships, and recruit top-tier talent. You get to leverage technology for enhanced experiences, collaborate cross-functionally to generate leads, and focus on specialty areas like F&A, Healthcare, or Business Operations for temporary placements. - Facilitate strategic matches between client staffing requirements and talent skills / experience.
- Manage relationships with current clients, identify future needs, and offer thought leadership for daily operations.
