As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join their ranks and help drive their success.

We are currently on the search for a professional and reliable Staff Accountant :

Responsibilities :

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including AP processing, bookkeeping, invoice coding, vendor management, and reconciliations.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy, help track fixed assets, and support monthly adjusting entries.
• Prepare and assist with bank reconciliations, month-end close tasks, and financial documentation.
• Provide support with billing, data entry, administrative accounting tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to refine processes and support operational efficiency.
• Grow into expanded responsibilities as you gain experience with the company's structure and systems.

Requirements / Qualifications :

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time, work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Must be well organized and detail-oriented.

QuickBooks (Online / Desktop) Experience Required

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrate ability to ask pertinent questions

A high level of respect and discretion for confidential information.

Positive attitude and team player.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficiency in Excel and accompanying Microsoft Office Suite software.

Accounting degree or relevant work experience.

2 to 3+ years of related experience (preferred)
