Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cycle Counter Coordinator working very closely with cycle counter
  • Assist Inventory Accountant with physical inventory preparation.
  • Drive monthly internal audit reviews of receiving and shipping
  • Prepare monthly inventory entries as needed
  • Reconcile OUTs and ICE subinventories on weekly and monthly basis
  • Open and close periods for 30 locations on monthly basis
  • Publish inventory report and perform analysis on needed basis
  • Publish weekly scrap report
  • Assist in all inventory related discrepancy driving root-cause and favorable actions

REQUIRED EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

  • Four (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study.
  • 1-3 years of Inventory Control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP inventory management environment
  • Cycle counting and inventory valuation / reconciliation experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem identification / solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office Experience

    • PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL and / or EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in Account Alias ERP structure
  • Manufacturing JIT and material flow optimization
