A company is looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Specialist responsible for enhancing student engagement across multiple marketing and enrollment channels.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with departmental leaders to design and optimize engagement strategies and processes
Analyze student experience across various channels and make recommendations for optimization
Develop and utilize reporting systems to track performance metrics and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, computer science, or a relevant field
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem platforms and marketing or enrollment / admissions
Experience in managing upper-funnel engagement strategies and cross-functional project delivery
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations based on performance data
Experience in higher education and technology-driven enterprises preferred
