Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It :
Review Warranty Jobs : Evaluate completed warranty jobs, write claims, and update the internal tracking system.Process Claims : Handle claims, settlements, and follow‑up documentation accurately and on time.Manage SIMS Data : Enter Service Information Management System (SIMS) reports into company systems.Administer Parts Returns : Prepare and distribute parts return requests to the correct departments and locations.Verify Registrations : Review all warranty registrations for accuracy and completeness.Analyze Warranty Data : Compile analysis reports to monitor warranty spending and identify trends.Prepare Monthly Reports : Create monthly warranty and service operation reports for Business Units.Maintain Records : Organize and maintain service letters and warranty documentation.Serve as a Resource : Provide accurate warranty information and assist Parts, Service, Accounting, and Sales teams.Support Quinn Values : Demonstrate Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Quality, and Service in all responsibilities.Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed :
High school diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year of related warranty, administrative, or service operations experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to learn and use warranty systems and manufacturer processesEffective communication and customer‑service skillsAbility to work collaboratively across departments
