Job Title : Forklift Operator $20.50hr

Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for put-away, loading, picking, staging, and other ad hoc projects within a warehouse distribution center. This role requires operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Pacer) and involves case picking products from multiple pallets weighing between 10lbs and 60lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a Stand Up Reach forklift.
• Operate a Raymond stand-up forklift efficiently.
• Support operational processes and procedures to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes.
• Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management; identify process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
• Participate in assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50 / hr.
