Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues using internal tools and SQL queries
Engage with customers and internal contacts to deliver high-quality support experiences
Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 support and mentor Tier 1 staff
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a SaaS technical support role
Proven technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex issues independently
Knowledge of sales and marketing tech stacks, including CRMs and integrations
Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred
