[job_card.job_description]Deep understanding of the financial services or Payments industry Experience analyzing large data sets using programming languages such as Python, R, SQL and / or Spark and experience using data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn) Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms : Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle / SQL Server / Teradata, Cognos / BO, SAS / R? Experience using machine learning techniques and advanced analytics (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, time series, causal inference, and natural language processing) Deep understanding of the financial services or Payments industry is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, and teamwork skills 3+ years of experience within MIS, Business Intelligence, and / or Analytics roles Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
- Conducting quantitative analysis to identify strategic, actionable opportunities for the Payments Digital & Design Product business
- Working with large data sets to conduct analyses that include scoping, gathering, wrangling, and visualization
- Automating analyses into dashboards and analytics products used across Payments Digital & Design product teams and senior-level management reporting to enhance the customer experience at scale
- Supporting the prototyping of machine learning algorithms, communicating analytical results to various audiences, and assessing new data sources and techniques
- Using product design and management discipline working with Data Science and Technology partners to deliver scalable data solutions
- Adhering to standards of excellence of the team by demonstrating professional expertise, strong work ethic, integrity, and professional behavior
