GovCIO is currently hiring for a Program Manager located in Rome, NY and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities

Leads and manages all aspects of highly complex RDT&E, procurement, and / or O&M programs, including cost, schedule, performance, risk management, procurement, and quality assurance. Integrates cost, schedule, and technical execution across deployments, development, procurement, and sustainment, and O&M projects. Ensures that mission outcomes are met while maintaining accreditation, safety, and rigorous documentation. Maintains integrated cost, schedule, and technical status, burn rates, staffing profiles, risks, and monthly status with clear impacts and dependencies. Collaborates with senior Government personnel.

• Skills : integrated master scheduling using tools such as MS Project and Jira, risk management, stakeholder alignment, CDRL planning, budget management, Agile, DevSecOps.
• Succinct briefing and reporting to decision-makers.
• Knowledge of PWP process, CDRL matrix, security prerequisites, and funding categories (RDT&E, Procurement, O&M).

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

USD $220,000.00 - USD $240,000.00 / Yr.
