Order Processing Analyst

This Order Processing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documents, process and procedure verification, and system review. They will develop and execute replenishment strategies, conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts. Analyzes and when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. They will complete audits for incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. They will also compile and document all transactions for data entry. Will be responsible for providing courteous and professional customer service in response to incoming phone calls for spare parts quotes, order placement, repair and warranty service, tracking of orders / shipments, address billing inquiries, etc. They will manage customer accounts including SMI (Supplier Managed Inventory) programs, as well as advise customers on deliveries and investigate shipping issues. They will be expected to maintain professional courtesy and demeanor in all customer interactions and be able to utilize Baan ERP and other software programs to accomplish job tasks.

Skills and Requirements :

• Flexible with multiple shifts after 6 month of training, including nights and possible Saturday shifts, can work remote if not during normal business hours, and have 10-15% shift differential eligibility
• 3+ years Customer Service Experience or supply chain management or materials planning / purchasing
• ~6 months of Business Analyst Experience
• SAP experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge MS Office Applications with a proficiency in Excel
• RPA (Robotic Process Automation) exposure or experience
• Coding or IT knowledge
• CRM experience
• Past order processing experience is a huge plus
• Semiconductor experience
• Bilingual in Japanese
