We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Project Manager to support our semiconductor and electronics business where your leadership will directly influence how we deliver highly complex projects for our key clients. In this role, you will apply your design project management knowledge and experience in the technical delivery of Semiconductor projects to support the commercial and technical interface between project teams and the client and their stakeholders. Your direction, guidance, and support will help our teams achieve excellence, and youll therefore play an important role in supporting our clients overall project goals. Remote or hybrid candidates located in North America will also be considered. / ppHeres what you will be doing : / pulliManaging the business-customer relationship. / liliPlanning and overseeing the implementation of the program, ensuring staying within budget constraints and meeting requirements. / liliManaging the financial and schedule requirements. / liliStaffing and managing necessary resources to ensure program requirements are met. / liliEnsuring subcontractors performance meets all contractual requirements and quality standards. / liliMaintaining close liaison with the customer to prioritize key tasking and ensure timely resolution of any programmatic issues. / liliDeveloping / coordinating estimates, proposals, BOEs, and other projects / task-related contractual actions with the appropriate stakeholders. / liliProviding oral and written reports of program / project / task status and ensures contract deliverables are delivered to the appropriate stakeholders contractual requirements. / liliRegularly briefing senior management and other key stakeholders on program / project / task status measurement data. / liliEndorsing and implementing company policies and procedures. / liliCompleting employee performance appraisals and employee counselings, if assigned the responsibilities of employee supervision. / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in Engineering, or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of a degree. / lili15-20 years of experience in managing projects related to industrial and / or commercial facilities. / liliExperience as a project / design manager on advanced technology, semiconductor, electronics, life sciences or data center projects. / liliFinancial acumen, design execution client management experience / li / ulpIdeally, youll also have : / pulliEngineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) / liliProject Management Professional Certification (PMP) / liliMasters degree in engineering, project management, or related field / liliConstruction execution contract negotiation experience / li / ulpJacobs is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
