Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience managing small engineering teams (5-8 people) in fast-paced settings, preferably fintech with Go stack

4+ years of experience as a Go developer

Strong technical background with the ability to participate in architectural discussions

Experience in building and optimizing development processes

Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and partnership building
