Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to create engaging job postings and selection criteria
Source and pre-screen qualified candidates through various channels
Track recruitment activities and collaborate with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of high volume, full cycle recruiting experience, preferably with non-exempt roles
Proven ability to attract and engage talent across multiple channels
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices
