If you are ready to make a change, we are ready to help. We are looking for the next great leader behind our bar in Clayton! The idea person would split time between working as a FOH Manager and a Tipped Bartender Manager.

This position is responsible for overseeing the bars staff, menu, maintenance, efficiency and consistency of Peel Wood Fired Pizza at all times. At times this person will work as the FOH Manager working in the dining room to oversee the work being performed by the FOH staff and leading by example.

• Responsible for weekly ordering of Alcoholic Beverages from Distributors
• Responsible for creating a fun and relevant craft cocktail menu
• Responsible for weekly Bar Schedules
• Responsible for Bar Training and development of bar knowledge to entire FOH staff
• Responsible for department FOH staffing levels
• Responsible for Sales Building - work with GM on developing ways to build sales through contest, training, events, specials, marketing ideas
• Responsible for Staff Evaluations
• Responsible all Employee sales contest and staff incentives
• Responsible for weekly ordering of Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Pepsi, tea & coffee) from Distributors

Requirements

• Proven financial results from inventory and labor management
• Strong background in popular high-end spirits, craft beers and cocktail development
• Available during peak times and holidays
• Ability to handle the daily stress of a busy restaurant
