Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Laser Welders for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI.   This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate starting at $22 / hour based on experience plus $100 / Per Diem  to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site.  After 30 days, there will be a $2 / hour increase based on performance, attendance, and attitude.  If you are a Laser Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope :

  • Manual Welding using a Laser Welding Machine
  • Technical Setup of Laser Welding Machines
  • Adjust Speed, Power, and Focal Point
  • identify, Set up, Weld, and Quality Check Various Materialst

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 Years of Laser Welding Experience

  • Strong Understanding of Blueprints and Weld Symbols
  • Full Welding PPE
  • Standard Tools of the Trade
  • Able to Pass Various Welding Tests and Knowledge Test
