TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon for a full-time, permanent position in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. This opportunity offers an established practice, APP support, a strong referral network, and the ability to live and work in a beautiful lakeside community with excellent work-life balance.

Position Details

Schedule : Full-time with shared call rotation

Setting : Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities within a community hospital environment

Team : Established group of experienced surgeons with APP support

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Perform a full range of general surgery procedures, including upper and lower endoscopy

Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care

Participate in shared call schedule

Collaborate with APPs for pre- and post-op patient management

Option to incorporate subspecialty surgical interests

Benefit from a built-in referral network

Requirements

Board Certification in General Surgery

Current North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Prior surgical experience required

Strong communication and teamwork skills
