The ideal candidate will support program providers and participants through training, outreach, and ongoing communication. Youll play a key role in labor market analysis, job matching, and resume and interview coaching to help individuals secure meaningful employment. Additional responsibilities include attending recruitment events, resolving escalated issues, and fostering strong relationships with community partners and employers.
