Tip Pooling Environment

Rate : $16.50 / hr. + Tips

Tips : Server tips are based on total accumulated sales. On average each server will take home 10-12% of their sales in Tips. Lastly, any tips above 25% go directly to that server.

Job Summary

You, the OBC server are proficient in giving amazing service and a master of the art of hospitality. As an ambassador to our brand, it is your goal every day to create lasting relationships with our Guests and to give them an experience that they cannot wait to return for. You are a driven team player who is motivated to help others and to contribute outside of your job code whenever possible. You are knowledgeable about the product we serve and enthusiastic about introducing our Guests to what we offer. You have a zest for life and bring a bright, humble energy to work each and every day.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an OBC Server :

You are highly energetic about the brand and excited to build lasting relationships with guests.

You are willing to go out of your way to give every guest a unique experience.

You thrive on multitasking and have excellent communication skills.

You are a menu wizard that can recommend particular items to particular guests.

You are a driven team player that's always willing to contribute outside your job code.

Qualifications and Skills

Positive, infectiously upbeat attitude

• 2-3 years Full Table Service preferred

Ability to multitask

Show poise under pressure

Great communication skills

Desire to learn and grow
