We are seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in professional sales and a passion for helping individuals find the right insurance solutions. This role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending products across property and casualty insurance lines.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calling / outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement
  • Conduct needs assessments to recommend the appropriate insurance products and coverage options
  • Educate prospective clients on product benefits, costs, and features in a clear and consultative manner
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial outreach through sales and ongoing account support
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and policy details
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Stay current on product updates, industry regulations, and market trends
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience (required). Candidates without 5+ years of documented sales experience will not be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
