[job_card.job_description]Working with APIs to exchange information with other tools Writing scripts or code to handle special logic REST APIs : For connecting to external systems, databases, or services using Genesys APIs (users, conversations, analytics, etc.) OAuth & Authentication : Managing secure access when calling external systems configuring and customizing. Need additional skills on advanced or customized bot needs to be. For example : JavaScript - Often used when building connectors between Genesys and other systems. It can also help add extra logic behind the scenes (like in cloud environments such as AWS). Python - Commonly used in AI projects. If you're connecting your bot to smart services (like Google or Amazon AI tools), this can be very helpful.

- From a high-level Architect's perspective, building voice / digital bots. While having a foundation understanding of variables, loops, decision logic, and switch statements
- To build voice / digital bots in Genesys Cloud CX, any required integrations, additional technical skills may be valuable or necessary.
