Accounting Assistant

An Accounting Assistant with Paul Davis will:

• Field calls from customers and team members and build rapport
• Oversee office administrative operations
• Create office systems
• Assure all expenses are posted to the correct job
• Work with production manager and property owner to coordinate the successful completion of all jobs
• Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met and compliance tasks are documented in system
• Problem solve and help people find solutions
• Improve the community by serving others
• Learn new things about construction and building homes
• Have fun and be part of a growing business
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
