Floor Cleaning Technician

As a Floor Cleaning Technician and ServiceMaster Service Partner, you will support a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients. We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team! Key areas: Kitchen cleaning with experience, Floor Care experience, Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Post construction cleaning.

Requirements:

• Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
• Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Able to pass background check if required by clients
• Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key!

We are especially interested in subs who offer:

• Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
• Post-construction cleaning
• Specialty or high-detail cleaning services
• Small crews available for large or rush jobs

Pay: Competitive per-job or monthly depends on the account.
