Job Overview :

As the Director of Finance for Marvin Operations, you will play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team dedicated to partnering with the operations team to achieve significant strategic, operational, and financial outcomes. You will serve as the primary finance business partner to the Vice President of Operations, providing timely analysis and support to enhance decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership : Guide a finance team aligned with operations, conducting regular career development conversations and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Ownership : Ensure reporting models are robust and effective, translating complex financial data into usable formats for operational teams.
  • Accountability : Drive performance management, conducting monthly reviews of P&L results and providing insights into cost components to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Strategic and critical thinking skills with experience in lean manufacturing.
  • Superb analytical and modeling skills, with experience in financial reporting and KPI development.

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an MBA, with significant experience in lean manufacturing environments.
