Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to assist customers in exploring healthcare data and improving population health while reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and mentor the team in best practices for data handling and review deliverables for quality

Create analytical reports and design workflows on the Data Activation Platform, ensuring compliance with standards

Monitor and tune workflow configurations for high availability in production environments

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in an analytics role within a data services / product firm

Strong knowledge of SQL for ETL and familiarity with scripting languages like Python

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree is a plus

Ability to mentor junior team members and implement industry best practices

Experience in managing multiple high-priority customer engagements simultaneously
