Drive operational excellence through process standardization and improve forecasting accuracy

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in paid search and performance media with leadership responsibilities

Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including automation and AI-driven campaigns

Experience in strategic audience modeling and data-driven decision-making

Strong measurement and analytics fluency, including Google Analytics and performance diagnostics

Cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
