Position Summary :

We are looking for a Director of FP&A who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments enjoys creating clarity from complexity and is passionate about building scalable financial systems from the ground up.

You will work directly with the CFO and executive leadership to drive financial planning performance analysis and business partnering across the organization.

Work setting :

The FP&A Director position will be remote with some expected travel to our offices in California and across the US.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities :

• Build and own financial models for forecasting budgeting and long-range planningPartner with business leaders to manage expenses and identify revenue opportunitiesDevelop and automate reporting tools (Excel Power BI SQL a plus)Implement and optimize FP&A systems and tools to support automation and scale
• Deliver strategic financial insights to cross-functional teams and executive leadership
• Support M&A modeling scenario planning and integration efforts
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards across departments
• Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis and performance reporting
