Medical City Arlington: Red Oak Free-Standing Emergency Department

Shift: Full-Time, Weekend, Nights. Schedule is Friday - Sunday 7 P.M. - 7 A.M. This position is eligible for an additional compensation incentive for all weekend hours worked.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• You will compassionately assist and position patients on CT table.
• You will start IVs for contrast injection and when necessary.
• You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary.
• You will release customers with proper post procedure instructions.
• You will turn over and prepare the room using aseptic technique between patients and clean / sterilize equipment.
• You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current License as an (MRT) by the State of Texas required.

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (CT) required.
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Must be graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
