Attention to Detail : Superior data entry accuracy and a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage large volumes of product data without compromising quality. Technical & E-commerce Savvy : Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, digital asset management systems, and data spreadsheets (e.g., Excel). A strong understanding of SEO best practices for product listings is an advantage. Communication & Teamwork : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Problem-Solving Abilities : Skilled at identifying issues in product listings and implementing effective solutions to maintain a seamless customer experience. Experience in a multi-channel e-commerce environment. Knowledge of additional e-commerce listing or product information management platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize listings accordingly.
Product Lister
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Product Lister to manage and optimize our online product catalog. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have specific experience with SellerCloud and the Lowes HD / Zoro listing systems, ensuring that product data is both accurate and engaging for our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Listing Creation : Create new product listings by accurately entering information such as titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory data into our SellerCloud system and Lowes HD / Zoro platforms.
- Catalog Maintenance & Optimization : Regularly review and update existing listings to ensure they are current, SEO optimized, and error-free. Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Data Accuracy & Quality Control : Ensure that all listings meet established brand standards and guidelines. Perform routine checks to identify and correct any discrepancies or outdated information.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor listing performance by tracking key metrics and making data-driven recommendations to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
- Problem Resolution : Troubleshoot any technical or content issues that arise with the listing platforms and liaise with technical support or IT teams as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, inventory management) to coordinate product launches, updates, and promotional activities.
