We’re seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building elegant solutions, mentoring others, and tackling complex technical challenges—without being pulled too far into people management.

What You’ll Do

Contribute directly to the codebase with a focus on front-end development (~70% FE / 30% BE).

Collaborate with peers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality SaaS products.

Mentor and guide engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Influence technical direction and help shape scalable, high-performance systems.

What We’re Looking For

Strong expertise in React and Node.js .

Experience building SaaS products .

Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (highly valued).

Bonus points for Golang experience .

2+ years of experience at the Staff Engineer level or equivalent.

Additional Details

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (on-site / hybrid flexibility may be discussed).

Compensation : Up to $175K base + stock options (new incentive plan in progress).

Eligibility : U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders strongly preferred.
