What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans
• Oversee ABA programs and supervise staff
• Support and train caregivers and RBTs
• Collaborate with an experienced team of BCBAs

Requirements

• Active CBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs and technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
