[job_card.job_description]Education & Experience : Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing. Technical Skills : Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD design (SolidWorks required). Experience with manufacturing equipment procurement and installation. Familiarity with Lean tools and applications . Soft Skills : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to distinguish colors for quality control (frequent). Occasional bending stooping and light lifting. Periods of sitting or standing as needed.

What Youll Do
As a Mechanical Engineer at NCC you will :
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks for CAD drawings and 3D modeling.
- Maintain and optimize production processes to improve efficiency safety and sustainability.
- Collaborate with plant teams and management to implement continuous improvement initiatives .
- Support equipment procurement installation and troubleshooting.
- Apply Lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements across all projects.
- Travel expectation : You will be expected to travel up to 25% as part of your role.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
Strong knowledge of mechanics metal forming and finishing processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
