Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership position in K-12 EdTech
Proven track record of surpassing sales goals and leading high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategic planning
Proficiency in sales metrics, financial planning, and reporting tools
Must reside in the Western US (Pacific Time Zone preferred)
