A company is looking for a Healthcare Services Auditor (RN) - Clinical Quality Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts audits to identify gaps in performance and collaborates with clinical leaders to enhance processes
Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to assess clinical performance and identify improvement areas
Prepares accurate audit reports summarizing outcomes and recommended corrective actions
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of healthcare experience, with 1 year in utilization management, care management, or managed care
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Experience in clinical review / auditing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or applicable software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
