We are seeking an AR / AP Specialist to join our dynamic team in Holland, MI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-volume accounts payable transactions. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receivables while maintaining strong vendor and internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
