Overview :

Nicolini, Paradise, Ferretti & Sabella, PLLC, an established Long Island insurance defense firm, seeks an experienced trial attorney to handle  general liability, construction and labor law defense  matters in New York City and on Long Island.

Responsibilities :

The candidate will have experience in managing a caseload from inception to trial, conducting depositions, meeting and working with clients, meeting with expert witnesses, drafting motions and discovery demands and responses, drafting pleadings, mediations and / or arbitrations, and handling all aspects of a case up to and including trial.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 7+ years of general liability, construction law, insurance law, labor law and personal injury litigation experience.
• NY Bar admission required.
• Experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters in State court. Federal Court a plus.
• Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Must have trial experience with a proven track record.
