Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Expert Contributor Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the EC Experience team to operationalize the EC Lifecycle strategy and support strategic priorities

Own and drive operational initiatives and cross-functional programs from planning through execution

Track progress against goals, identifying risks and coordinating solutions

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment

Proven track record of building and optimizing operational processes

Experience creating queries and extracting insights from data

Excellent project and / or program management abilities

Prior experience working with engineering and product teams
