Unarmed Security Officer

Command International Security Services is seeking experienced, reliable, and proactive bouncer type Security Guards to help ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Position: Security Officer

Location: Oceanside, CA

Call for shifts available.

PAY RATE IS $18.00-18.50/HOUR

What You'll Do:

• Conduct regular patrols around parking lot in assigned areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible security presence ensuring no theft or incidents are occuring.
• Answering all Walkie Talkie and Phone calls and work alongside AP. You must be alert and aware of all calls being made to you.
• Checking in with AP hourly by going into the stores making presence known.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel to address security concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve situations while adhering to company protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities during your shift.
• Act as a point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, assisting with directions and information as required.
• Accept and Pass down all equipment needed which will be a walkie, phone, and keys for the lot you'll be patrolling.

Requirements:

• Bouncer Type, Must be willing to work at a retail with high theft activity and homeless presence.
• Must be willing to work in highly stressed areas and have great communication skills to de-escalate any situation.
• Must be willing to stand and walk the entire 8 hours of your shift.
• Valid CA BSIS Security Guard License.
• Must have at least 10 YRS experience.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using technology, including CCTV systems and communication devices.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Reliable transportation
