Job Summary:

Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Early Intervention Program. As an Occupational Therapist at SKHOV, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children aged 0-3 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Our team focuses on helping young children achieve developmental milestones, such as communication, play, and daily routines, to set them up for success in life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to children aged 0-3 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to address occupational therapy needs

• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, ABA therapists, and special education teachers, to ensure comprehensive support

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy

Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MA/OT) from an accredited institution

• Experience: 1 years of experience

• License/Certification: OT license in the state of New York

What We Offer:

• Salary: $70 - $85 HOURLY (depending on experience)

• Job Type: PER DIEM
